The hotel booking becomes effective by finishing the online booking process.
Prices are explicitly excluding any public accessory duties (e.g. visitor’s tax).
Booked rooms may be canceled free of charge until 10.7.2017.
After this date, the hotel is entitled to charge up to 100% for all booked services (= complete stay).
Bookings made after the deadline for free cancelation are automatically binding.
Nevertheless, INTERPLAN tries its utmost to re-sell canceled rooms to keep the costs for the congress participants as low as possible. In case the re-sale is successful a handling fee of Euro 25 will be charged to your credit card. For organizational reasons, information on the sales status of a returned bedroom may only be given after the congress.
Please note that all cancelations must be in written form and sent to INTERPLAN AG.
Please guarantee your hotel booking by inserting credit card details during the online booking process. The settlement of the full amount will be effected upon your arrival in the hotel. In case of a non-arrival and/or late cancellation, the hotel/INTERPLAN are authorized to charge any fees occurring to the given credit card.
